She is beautiful inside & out...we are blessed.

Lane with Santa!
"I want a black DS...and I HAVE been good"

At the pre school I teach at I decided to encourage all the teachers to set up an entire Polar Express morning! It was so fun! There were about 6 classes and each class had a different activity in it and the classes went with their teacher to the different rooms 'on the Polar Express'
I was taking pics in the Santa room and my wonderful parents happen to come visit that weekend! My dear, sweet mom came up to the school to help me out! Thanks a million...I love you!

BLAH!

For those of you that have followed me over the past several years...I usually am really good at keeping up with my blog. Forgive me for this past year but it has by far been the craziest yet!

Of course those of you that are mommies know that in itself is a fulltime job. I thought I was busy when my kids were babies...and I was! WOW...a different kind of busy as they start to get into school. Three kids, three schools, three teachers all of which require different things here and there. Don't get me wrong we are blessed that are children attend amazing schools but trying to to remember money for this, a dollar to wear a hat, one needs an apple on thursday, the other a small pumpkin on tuesday...etc. You get the picture. Trying my hardest to make sure everyone gets to school with the proper attire, homework assignments, and heaven for bid underwear! Oh yes...Nolan decided NOT to wear them one day ;) nice! We did have a talk and I informed him that not wearing underwear was not a choice he got...so far so good.
I also really do have christmas cards!!! I have addressed them and put them in envelopes and so far they sit nicely stacked still on my counter so you may get a Merry Christmas card like in March...forgive me.

I lack my last year of college to get my degree...that happens when babies come a little earlier than planned ;) I decided this year since Lane was in school that I would finally go back and finish. So I will have a degree in Psychology and Ethics by fall of 2011...needless to say that is a huge load to add on to my already heavy load I carry. Then because apparantly I didn't feel like I had enough on my plate I am still working at our church MDO on Tuesdays and Thursdays but a friend of mine was looking for a teacher for her MDO on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays and she said they would have a spot for Lane since his school is only half day. And so....I teach one of the Pre-k classes at her MDO as well. I love being back in the classroom and God has been so gracious to allow me to teach my third year of pre-k without my 'official degree'. I am still working with my high school girls on wed. nights and I love them dearly. I seriously think I learn far more from them than they do from me.
Will is staying busy helping to build yet another company! Oh living with an entrepreneur always has its ups and downs but he is loving his job and that is what is most important.
So in case you all don't get our christmas card this month...(seriously...gee!) We pray each of you are filled with blessings in 2011 and that the peace and grace of God is with you all.

We were able to get to Colorado this year for Thanksgiving! I love getting to spend the holidays with my extended family....do they know how to eat and Party! FUN!!
My auntie Paula's family runs and owns Mexican food restraunts in Colorado. I craving I constantly get becuase it is the REAL deal...non of this tex mex stuff.
We got to have a Mexican night the day after Thanksgiving and although they can make a mean Turkey and tatos, nothing beats the enchiladas, verm, green chlili, tamales, homemade tortillas, homemade flan....etc. My mouth waters thinking about it.
Lucky for me, I got to have lessons....although it is not AS good my inner senorita can shine through now! :)
Thanks Auntie Paula and Uncle Michael! We will be back this summer and we can't wait!!

Even though Nolan already had a party...(which I realized I never posted pics of :-/) we got to celebrate again at my grandpa's house! We only have one Great grandparent left and we are blessed to get to visit with him.
My mom surprised Nolan with ANOTHER birthday cake!

An MP3 player from Nana & Papa!
He had headphones on all week!!

Pumpkin Patch 2010

fall trip to Lubbock..

Papa & Caleb

My precious Miss Jean

Our sweet cousin Katelyn goes to Tech this year so we get to see her when we go to town!
I think Nolan took this pic ;)

Caleb & Gracie
( in case any of my 'regular' readers are confused...Kynedy mainly goes by 'Kynedy' but our families all refer to her as Gracie. Her middle name is Grace & when she was a baby she took on 'Gracie'. Sometimes when I am blogging, I refer to her as different names. ;)

1st Field Trip!

Happy Halloween

Kynedy & her 'BEST FRIEND' Avery
(these two girls are too cute and love hanging out together!!)

The 'grim reaper'-C.J. BMX'r-Nolan, Bestie-Kynedy, Alice- Bella & Layne, Racecar driver,Lane
~ so I have to share this...when I asked Lane what he wanted to be for halloween he told me a 'scary monster' (now I assure you I would have NEVER let my first child 'be' this because I tried to always stick with the 'friendly' costumes. However, the third child & a boy...I don't even care...I just purchase the thing and put a check-mark on my to-do list) Anyway, Will takes Lane to pick out his 'scary monster' constume and he comes home SO excited. The day began the five 'wearings' of the costume for various activities and not ONE time did he want to wear his 'scary monster' costume! He dug through our old costumes (ya know the FREE ones that we already had from prior years) and insisted on wearing them. So he was a 'race care driver' on Halloween night & got SOOOO annoyed that people kept calling his costume a Nascar driver....uggg! The nerve!

These two buddies are so stinken cute! I mean look at those smiles....

don't let them fool you. ;)
